This performance on British television’s long running Top Of The Pops show took place in 1980. Lena is singing on a platform surrounded by teenagers who are clearly not into this sort of thing. How Lena managed to keep smiling throughout with that lot staring at her is amazing. The guy in the middle is David “kid” Jenson who was that weeks host.
